Shane Smith founded Pacific Communications Group (PCG) in 1995. Prior to that, Shane served as managing partner at Chiat/Day where he was responsible for Chiat Day Communications – the advertising agency’s media relations group. Over his career, he has been actively involved in a range of business categories – from automotive and financial services to travel and sports.
Kyle Reuter joined the agency more than a decade ago as a PR neophyte and today finds nothing more magnetic than identifying, crafting and telling a client’s story to stakeholders. Reuter directs the agency’s integrated marketing strategies business, working with a talented team of communications entrepreneurs.
During his tenure, Reuter has contributed to the firm’s intellectual property and thought leadership for strategy, storytelling, experiential marketing, content creation and branding. Reuter has led agency automotive, entertainment, sports, technology, financial services and insurance account teams.

She has 17 years of digital marketing experience, in the retail, real estate, automotive, and financial services industries. Her expertise in web product management, mobile app development, social media, and content marketing has contributed to the success of companies like Edmunds.com, Move.com, Farmers Insurance, Honda, Mercury Insurance, and technology and ecommerce startups.
Wendi Sheridan joined Pacific Communications Group in January 2006 to fulfill her dream of working in public relations. A graduate from the University of Pennsylvania School of Science and Engineering, of course, public relations was a natural fit! But, it really was.
Since leaving Penn and computer technology, she has excelled with clients in the financial services and automotive sectors. Her expertise lies in producing and executing strategic plans, writing content and developing innovative programs to increase brand awareness
for her clients.
